How QReportly works

QReportly gives organisations a digital channel to receive and administer reports, with secure communication, an electronic register and deadline tracking.

1

Publish the channel

You get a dedicated page that employees and collaborators can use to submit a report. You can share the link or QR code inside the organisation.

2

Receive the report

The designated person is notified and can open the case from the organisation’s workspace.

3

Communicate with the whistleblower

The whistleblower can continue the conversation with a unique access code, including when they choose to report anonymously.

Set up the channel

Create an account and publish the reporting page for your organisation.

4

Track the deadlines

QReportly helps you track acknowledgement of receipt and the later stages of handling the report.

Automatic acknowledgement informs the whistleblower that the report was received. Examining the report and meeting legal duties remain the organisation’s responsibility.

5

Keep the register

Reports and related activity are organised in an electronic register, accessible to authorised people in the organisation.

Important note

QReportly is software for administering an internal reporting channel. Using the platform does not, by itself, guarantee the organisation’s legal compliance. The organisation remains responsible for appointing the competent person, internal procedures, examining reports and meeting applicable legal duties.
