What cookies are
Cookies are text files stored on your device for site operation, session security, and, in limited cases, usage analysis.
In the partner portal we use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. On the public site, the referral parameter may be stored to correctly attribute registrations to the partner.
02
Types of cookies used
In the context of the partner program:
- Strictly necessary: NextAuth session / partner authentication, CSRF security, language preference.
- Functional: remembering portal state (where applicable).
- Referral attribution: storing the referral code (ref) to link registered organisations to the corresponding partner.
- Analytics (if enabled): aggregated traffic statistics, without behavioural advertising profiling by QReportly.
03
Managing preferences
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent authentication in the partner portal.
For non-essential cookies, where applicable, you may use the consent banner on the public QReportly website.
04
Third-party cookies
Google sign-in (if enabled) may involve cookies placed by Google under their own policies. Payment processors used for commission payouts may use security cookies in their flows.
We do not use partner-program cookies for aggressive behavioural advertising on behalf of partners.
